If for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us below or on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we'll try fix whatever issue there might be.
MAKING A RETURN/EXCHANGING AN ITEM
We only replace items if they are faulty, damaged or if there was a mix up and you didn't receive what you ordered.
If you don't love it or something's wrong, just make a request to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item and you will be sent our return address with further important information.
RETURNING AN ITEM
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You must post the item to our return address within 15 days of receiving it. You are eligible for a refund if we receive your item unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not to be refunded.
Any item that the customer ship more than 15 days after receiving the item are not eligible for refund. Please provide us with the tracking number when confirming you've shipped your returning product.
GETTING A REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and refunded within 10 business days.
Please allow up to 14 days for the money to come back into you account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, please note that sales items and gift cards are a final purchase and will not be refunded.
If returning your item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item/s over AU$65, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
